These terms apply to the ReplaceKit add-on for Google Docs and to replacekit.tuper.app, made by tuper (tuper.app). By installing or using ReplaceKit you agree to them.
The free plan
Single find and replace operations (including match case, whole word, regex, line and paragraph breaks, selection only, headers, footers and footnotes) are free with no usage limit. We may improve the free plan; we will not turn its current features into paid ones for existing users without notice.
Pro
Pro costs $6 per month or $48 per year and adds the features listed on the pricing section. It is sold through Polar (polar.sh), which acts as merchant of record and handles billing, taxes and invoices. A subscription renews until you cancel; you can cancel at any time from the Polar customer portal link in your receipt, and it stays active until the end of the paid period. If Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Your documents
You keep all rights to your documents. ReplaceKit edits a document only when you ask it to. Find and replace changes text in bulk: check the preview, and use Docs' version history (File > Version history) to restore an earlier version if a replacement was not what you wanted.
Acceptable use
Don't use ReplaceKit to break the law or Google's terms, and don't try to get around the Pro licence check or resell licence keys.
No warranty and liability
ReplaceKit is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, tuper is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for ReplaceKit in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Material changes for paying users are announced by email at least 14 days ahead.
